No time to text a link? Show the helper QR code on your phone and they scan it with their camera. Download it to print for a planning meeting, too.

Download the template, send it to the couple, and import it back: everyone lands in the right group, like Couple with Sophie's grandparents: Nan, Pop. Or paste straight from Excel or Google Sheets. The file never leaves your phone.

You and your helper see the same list: every tick, name and flag shows on the other phone within a few seconds. It runs in the phone's browser, so there's nothing to install.
Private by design
Your helper only sees the sections you share, never your other shots or notes. The link stops working two weeks after the shoot, and the list is deleted 12 months after it.
