Events Plugin
A public companion page for every photo walk and workshop, on your own WordPress site. Build it in one guided panel: import the details from your event listing, publish the photo challenges for the day, pick a colour theme, and share it all with a link or a QR, then release challenges and show links from your phone as the event unfolds.
How it works

Import the event
Paste your event-listing URL and import the title, date, location, description and cover into editable fields, then tweak anything before you publish.
Set the challenges
Add the photo challenges or subjects for the day. Show them all at once, or release them one at a time; you reveal each one from your phone as the walk goes on.
Share & run it
Publish a public companion page attendees open with a link or by scanning a QR, no login. Link out to submit photos or for critique, each with its own QR.
What it does
Import event details
Pull the event details straight from your event-listing URL (title, date, location, description and cover image), all editable.
Challenges, topics or exercises
A numbered list with an optional brief and example image, and you name the section to fit any event, not just photo walks.
Release live, highlighted
Reveal every challenge up front, or release them one at a time from your phone; the newest gets a “Just released” badge, and attendees can refresh to pull it in.
Submit, Results & social
Buttons for your Photo Comp Submit and Results pages sit either side of your Instagram, Threads, Facebook and X icons, with any custom links below.
Sponsors with logos
Give your sponsors their own section: drop in their logos (each can link out), kept separate from your other links.
A QR for everything
The page and every link get a tap-to-enlarge QR you can hold up on your phone for the room to scan.
No login for attendees
The companion page is public: anyone with the link or QR opens it instantly, on any phone, nothing to sign up for.
Colour themes
Black / Gold, Dark Green, Dark Navy or Charcoal / Teal, or keep it Light. Match the page to your brand, globally or per event.
Run it live
Reveal challenges as the walk goes on.
Keep everyone in the moment. Open the event page on your phone during the walk and tap Release next as each subject wraps; attendees' pages update, and they never see the host controls. Need people to submit or scan something? Every link has a QR you just hold up.
